[Ansteorra-chirurgeon] Fwd: Chirurgeon Inactive list

Greetings Good Officers of the Stellar Kingdom of Ansteorra,
 
It is with regret that I have to publish this list. I am greatful that it is not longer. Those on this list are considered to have inactive warrants and cannot at this time fucntion as chirurgeons. They can not wear baldric of the office, be Chirurgeon-in-Charge at an event or in anyway work as a chirurgeon. This does affect anything they may do under any current civilian certifications or between one friend to another when asked to help. But any type of medical treatment render is not cover or sactioned by the SCA or this Kingdom until such time as this office has copies of current certifications and/or membership.
 
Corpa by-laws and SCA Chirurgeon's Handbook 2004 require all chirurgeons, who are considered officer-at-large of the Society, to have current memberships, 1st Aid & CPR certifications. I am having to list those chirurgeons who at the present time do not have on file with this office either current memberships, 1st Aid or CPR certifications.The list shows what is out of date for each chirurgeon.
 
If you know any of the good chirurgeons please have them contact our DKC-Admin Lady Liadan, our KWB Lady Genevieve del Gamba or myself as listed in the Blackstar & on the chirurgeonate web site. Letters were sent to the addresses of these indivials as list on our database in March of this Year to try and rectify this situation. Many good gentles did come forward and turn-in to this office the required documents. Dates in Red are what is out of date.

I hope that the next list published (which will be published quarterly to give some time for people to correct the situation & have reactivated section) will show many of these folks back in good standing and able to function again as a chirurgeon. Again I regret having to publish this list.
