[Ansteorra-chirurgeon] FW: West Gate Winter Collegium

With the approval of the Stewards at West Gate Winter Collegium,
Chirurgeon 101 and Waterbearer 101 will be taught at this event.  Those
interested, please visit the Chirurgeon website to sign up and check on
fees necessary.  These are one-hour classes, so there'll be plenty of
time for taking some of the other exciting classes being offered at this
event.
