[Ansteorra-chirurgeon] Stuff

Annual Report:

Stepped down as Coastal Regional Chirurgeon during 2004-
2005.  Brought up 3 apprentices to Journeyman during the 
last year and attended over 15 events including 
trainings.  Luckily no major injuries to report over the 
past year at the events I worked.

During this next year will strive to teach more first 
aid and CPR classes.
