Dena Cady does not hold a doctorate (at least as far as I've been able to 
determine). I have been stumped as to where that assumption came from until 
just this evening. It's probably due to her email address which is 
'drcady at ....'. That comes from her initials: Dena R. Cady, not that she 
holds a doctorate.
