[Ansteorra-chirurgeon] I am finally online

To all in the guilds of the Chirurgeonate and WB,
 
After several months of job changes and computer problems (MOST OF THE SUMMER), I am finally back online regularly. I have settled into my new job after reirement from the military (god 20 years) but will have to do one year of drill in the guard (in a nondeploable unit and slot which means I will not leave the state). I have a new computer and new internet serive provider. I am looking over the last month and 1038 emails to make sure I have not missed anything and am answering some of you (abit late nut still dropping a note).
