Greetings,
I have just been appointed Kingdom Waterbearer, or the "Big Drip".
The guild seems to have become invisible, and I hope to make that change. I am not creating a new beaurocracy, nor am I going to require membership in the guild to bear water. (If you do join you can get a official badge and wear it on a blue baldric. See me or Caelin for badges.)
Putting in writing a few standards so none of us get sick, and finding out what various groups do to get water to the populous are the goals. Teaching those  standards will be bonus time.
Waterbearers are not required and if they exist,  report to their group's chirurgeon, so I do not expect reports. Just tell me how you deal with problems of cleanliness, availability, etc. and we will see if there is enough e-traffic to justify a newsgroup for this kingdom.
