HL Caley said something like: "Also I received no applications for Deputy
Kingdom Chirurgeon - Administration. If interested please send an
application for office. Need not be a Chirurgeon to apply! Job is to help
keep chirurgeon roster up to date."

Groa replies with:

Caley, if this is just an admin position, that doesn't require certs, I'd
be happy to put my foot in for it.  Can you email/IM me to let me know what
I need to do to apply?
