Since several Kingdoms are now using this and it will become the

web system, the heading is changed from </SPAN></FONT></DIV>

It no longer uses frames. The tab menu at the top and the heading

page instead of a frame. This means you don't have </SPAN></FONT></DIV>

scrolling down when the window is too small. But </SPAN></FONT></DIV>

When you enter an area that requires an ID and password, the

automatically move into https mode. That means </SPAN></FONT></DIV>

encrypted form and all data sent to you by </SPAN></FONT></DIV>

also be encrypted. This is better protection </SPAN></FONT></DIV>

our patient data. You may be asked to accept </SPAN></FONT></DIV>

class=453512816-01012004> a certificate for
ansteorra.org. Please either say OK and go on </SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN

Certificate and Install. This says you accept that the </SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
class=453512816-01012004> certificate used
to encrypt the data really belongs to the </SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
class=453512816-01012004> web server you are
using.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=453512816-01012004>4.
All new passwords will have to meet several new
restrictions.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

a. Passwords must be at least 7 characters
long.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN

b. They must contain at least one capital
letter.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
class=453512816-01012004>
c. They must contain at least one lower case
letter.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
class=453512816-01012004>
d. They must contain at least one digit.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

e. They may not contain the ID as a
substring.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

f. They may not be be same as the last
password.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

Admins can set your ID to require a new password. If they do this,

"Online" tab and after you enter your ID/password </SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN

transferred to the Chirurgeon update page with your
information</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
class=453512816-01012004> displayed. A popup
will display telling you to modify your password.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
class=453512816-01012004> You will not be
able to do anything else until you do this. The </SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
class=453512816-01012004> system will
then prompt you for the new password and you will </SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
class=453512816-01012004> be sent to
the Online main page. This feature will be set when </SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
class=453512816-01012004> you forget
your password or for admin reasons.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
class=453512816-01012004>6. A feature that is not really
brand new is the protection of patient </SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
class=453512816-01012004> personal
data. Only the treating Chirurgeon, the CIC, and admins </SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
class=453512816-01012004> above them
can see the patient's personal data.Treatment data is </SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
class=453512816-01012004> available to
anyone who has access to the event. Be careful not to </SPAN></FONT></DIV>

personal information in your treatment data. Refer to the </SPAN></FONT></DIV>

"the patient" or "Pt" not as "Bob".</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
