AD - The publication process, Estrill's good idea

I believe Estrill's idea is the best way of introducing the kingdom to the 
idea of the guild.  It would let interested parties know who to contact, and 
would include those who have not discovered the mailing list or do not have 
internet access.  I vote for this.
