AD - Wilson, 15th Italian steps

Just received a copy of D. R. Wilson's "The Steps Used in Court Dancing
in Fifteenth-Century Italy."  It's similar to Markus' "red book" of
16th-century Italian steps.

You can order it directly from Mr. Wilson, but that requires a cheque in
pounds sterling.  I got mine from http://www.countrybookstore.co.uk.
It's also available from http://www.amazon.co.uk.  It's just under £15
with postage and both these companies accept credit cards.
