[Anst-dancers] Kingdom Dance / Performance Event

This is starting to sound like fun to me. I kind of like Ihon's suggestion 
about having it as a kind of festival. I don't know how the logistics would 
work, but it would be good to have a different type of event, and probably 
one that is really good for newbies, too.
