 The new one on top was designed by Andrixos.  I like
it a lot, it combines the heraldic "dance" with the
"chief of allegience" idea.

As for the black and gold/coordinating with garb
problem, well, y'all are in Ansteorra.  Black and gold
are just facts of life :-)
