You should be able to check with larger craft stores such as Michael's and 
Hobby Lobby for bells.  What you need may be in the Christmas stuff which 
will start hitting the shelves soon.  They are available in all sizes. 
Another option is check garage sales for Christmas items, if it has good 
bells on it and it's cheap buy the item and cut them off.  The "jingle" bell 
style would be less likely to injury someone if they fell on the bells.
