[Ansteorra-marshals] Test run for the electronic authorization card process

greetings

ok, since i still havent gotten the reply email, i tried to go fill out the 
forms again.

1: if  i fill in the email / password as an existing member, it spit out the 
page for verify email / password , verification #.
2: if i then click , register, it takes me to the new user registration 
page, however , this time after filling out the form, and clicking the add 
button, it left me on the new user registration page, but wiped all of the 
info i had just filled out.
and i got no verification code again ; )
