[Ansteorra-marshals] Rawhide swords

Also, in my opinion, it meets the intent of the corporate marshalate laws. It does not splinter or shatter and PE pipe sleeved rattan is permissible. Although it is a solid surface, we are hitting each other with skinny baseball bats as it is.
