[Ansteorra-marshals] Rawhide swords

stupidity pisses me off so I rage cap

and no the plastic pipe is not in the rules either, the rules were posted but I guess ignored 

if it is not rigid it is allowed and everyone agreed the pipe was not rigged enough to count as rigged, rubber hose is not rigged, and so they are allowed 

rawhide does not reach the rigid standard either 

unless used by certain people
