[Ansteorra-marshals] Rawhide Poll

The poll assumes that this is an issue of opinion, not of fact. We can't add up the guesses of 100 people who haven't tested the swords and arrive at an informed answer

There should at least be a question focused on whether we need data: "Do you think rawhide-bound swords should be tested?"
