[Ansteorra-marshals] Blue Cards

[Earl Marshal]

I checked with the Marshallate secretary, and the answer is "no".  If you
are a verified authorizing marshal, and your name is not on this page (
http://marshal.ansteorra.org/dynamic/AllAuth.php) in grey, we don't need
your proof of membership.

My apologies for not realizing that before sending out the original missive.
