[Ansteorra-marshals] Office open

[Marshalate Secretary]

Greetings,

While I have greatly enjoyed the last few years as Secretary, it is time
for me to share. As such the Office of Marshal Secretary is officially open
for applicants.

We will be taking applications through May 31st. This allows time for
selection and training. Additionally, transition is planned to occur at
Roundtable on July 19th.
