Greetings,

Some of you have already received this e-mail earlier. There are those
who on this list have not received this thread. This is the 2nd e-mail
from a different individual along these lines. The purpose of sending
both of these e-mails on my part is provide fore-ground information so
that when I send my respond to both there will be no wondering what the
context of my response is about.
