[Ansteorra-missile] Armor Rule Change

Talan (Talan at hotpop.com) said something that sounded like:

  This is incorrect *except* for crossbow. The Kingdom rules *previously*
  required a full guantlet on the bow hand for long bow. The message I got
  back from Sir Randal is that we have gone with the change at Society on
  this and it was published.

  This is a personal comfort issue and not a safety issue.
