Greetings All,

The Combat Archery Conventions for Gulf War XIII have now been
posted online.  They are available at:

Read carefully as there are a good number of changes this year.  The
 changes include:

*  Limit of 800IP on heavy crossbows.

*  ALL homemade blunts are required to have a minimum of 3/4" of 
   padding.

*  Fellwalker bolts are allowed this year
