The message didn't say dropping 160 PSI APDs.

It said:

- APDs: 100+PSI Siloflex and Asgard

160 PSI certainly qualifies as 100+
200 PSI also qualifies as 100+

So if you use the decoder ring that means the above statement would
be read as:

- APDs: 100 PSI Siloflex, 160 PSI Siloflex, 200 PSI Siloflex,
        and Asgard
