Heilsa,<br>

What I need to know is what does it take for young people
(age 16 and 17) to become authorized as a combat archer?<br>
<br>
Also, will ask this as well, what about those who are younger than 16?<br>
<br>
Are there any plans or even efforts about this group? <br>
<br>
Or all of they left out in the cold, until they turn 18. <br>
<br>
Plus, there have been a couple of heavy fighters who have express a
desire to become authorized as combat archers. <br>
<br>
I am a Missile Marshal, but can NOT authorized anyone. Although I have
been working with people (since the Re-aurhorization process came
about) to get them up to speed with the rules and conventions. Still,
there is only so far I can go with them. <br>
<br>
The location for the Steppes Fighter practice does ALLOW for a complete
training ground where people have the
opportunity to learn how to support units of heavy fighters, how to
defend against fighters, and work on tactics with and against heavy
fighters, etc... <br>
