I honestly don't know of any authorizing marshals planning on attending

the event.  The event is just so close to Gulf War and the long trip

and expense involved with that.  I know at least a couple of

authorizing marshals that are on-call with work that weekend so that

they can get the weekends around and week of War free on the work

schedule.<br>

I know I personally can not be there because I need to spend that

weekend preparing for War.<br>
