ARN - To Save a Queen

My understanding is that it is run every other year. I am not sure whether
it is still an Eldern Hills event, as it originally was, or if it has become
a Northern Regional event. The best answers may come from Matthias Dversdall
of Wiesenfeuer, who was the autocrat for the most recent TSQ.
