ARN - Heavy Rapier list at Steppes Warlord

    I can just picture you waving a torch high into the air and yelling
Oyez! Oye! and then tossing it onto a dry thatch roof.

One would think you were trying to incite a riot. Harry, Isobel and I have
been trying to promote unity in the community.  This is what I am trying to
promote.  I also feel that mixed tourneys are the best way to promote heavy
rapier.

I see the value ìn having a heavy only tounament but I think promoting unity
is more important.

Amerinda being positive
and planning on trying to pick up a heavy rapier at war, if any one wants to
help me pick it out.
