I have almost all of "Academy of the Rapier IX" done up in HTML format.

I also have a lot of DiGrassi on html format,  Captain Alfred Hutton's treaty "Old
Sword-Play", Silver's "Paradoxes of Defense", and a good bit of Saviolo

You are welcome to it. I could never get "permission to publish" permits from the
authors.

I will be more than happy to send them to you as file attachments if you want
them.
