[Ansteorra-rapier] practice after Tor

Unto the White Scarves and assembled Rapier community
of Ansteorra,

With HRM Larissa summoning the White Scarves for a
meeting and HRH Britta's Princess Tea both being held
this weekend at Dragonsfire Tor Yule Revel, there will
be a great number of rapier fighters present.

I propose that this is an ideal opportunity for all of
those present to show their skill and test the steel
of their friends and compatriots.  White Scarves, come
and see the amassed skill of Ansteorra's rapier
fighters, pass on your sage advice and knowledge, and
join in the fighting.  Ansteorran fighters, come and
learn from the gathered White Scarves and your
brothers and sisters in the rapier community.  This is
a chance for all to learn, teach and enjoy what is
sure to be a lovely day of comradery and cooperation.

I propose that this gathering take place the day
following Dragonsfire Tor Yule Revel at Elfsea's
traditional practice site, Randol Mill Park in
Arlington, at 12:00 PM.   This site is very centrally
located between Elfsea and the Steppes and is easy to
find.  A map to the site can be found at:
