ARN - Queens Champion....Newest white scarf

It is my understanding that the Blade of Honor recipient for HRM Saereid
has not yet been chosen, as I think that Her Majesty wants to get a
better connection with the rapier community first, and therefore a
recipient will be chosen when Her Majesty sees fit to do so.
