ARN - GW melee info pages are up

They were written fast and dirty and they are not pretty, but the
information is there, neatly arranged and readable. Topics include:

- Required conventions for melee
- Marching orders
- What we have learned from Ansteorran practices
- What we learned in Bryn Gwlad practices
- A Targeting guide

Let me know if you have additions or is corrections need to be made. I put
up the most current info as I know it.

I would like to post a full schedule of our melee practices ASAP, including
local practices if possible.

Let's also get word out there that anyone who will fight with Ansteorra in
Gulf War should join this list till then as we will be sending out Ansteorra
specific info for GW melee on this list. I recommend we spread the word by
mouth or private e-mail, not on any big public lists like RN or ANST, for
obvious reasons.
