[Ansteorra-rapier] New Student Inundation...

WOW! The last time I offered the notes there were no takers. This is totally
unexpected. I will pull them out of the files that I archived, (they are
from the '80s, now where is that zip disc...), and format in clean text.
Give me the weekend as I am teaching the glove class tomorrow at fall court.
