[Ansteorra-rapier] novice tourney at gauntlet

This question is for when I'm able to get back into armor. I know I've been
in the SCA for a very long time and I've been hvy fighting off and on for
that time, but in all I've been fight light for less then a year and I'm a
cadet. Can I still take part in the novice tourneys.
