Already answered to death, but the same.  The Don and Cadet define the
specifics.

1)  Maturity and willingness to take instruction

2) A proven ability for us to work together.

3) The heart of a Musketeer.

The last point is the least negotiable.

It depends on the individual.  Constantly striving to improve oneself, both
on and off the field is ideal.  Understanding that the WS is just the
beginning of a new path, not a destination is paramount.
