[Ansteorra-rapier] Trimaris Tourney at Gulf War

This is From the KRM of Tramiaris.

This is for those attending Gulf Wars.

Per Her Royal Majesty Trimaris.  If you plan on entering the Trimarian
Tournament on Thursday at 1 PM you must have a consort.  She has made this a
requirement here in Kingdom for lists and she is extending it to our
tournament Gulf Wars.  She likes giving out gift to the winners consort. This
tournament is also being held during Her Majesties Luncheon at the Rapier
Field.
