[Ansteorra-rapier] Luck of the Shells Tourney at Argent Anniversary

Greetings unto the Rapier Community from Baroness Ameline duBois. 

On Saturday morning next to the King's Champion list, Her Excellency
Elfsea will be hosting the "Luck of the Shells" Tourney.

Entry fee is a small prize donation ($5.00 value). You will draw either
a white or blue shell, which will denote which team you are on. This is
a double elimination tourney with a twist. You have the opportunity to
visit the Resurection Goddess once, where her dice will determine if you
can return to the tournament field. The winning team will receive the
prize chest, and the winning individual will have the right to divide up
the prizes amoung their team.
