[Ansteorra-rapier] GW spanish rapier class

I really wanted to take it but I am committed to attending and participating in the Rapier Ravine War Point Battle taking place at 
that time.

Please let me know if it can be offered at any other time. Between 3 and 6 on Thursday would work or even early on Monday.
