Well, there is the opposite of that as well.

For a lady with thigh high boots to pull up her skirt with one hand to
expose her knee worked too. ;) (I still have those boots.)

Worked for about 2 shots if they did not die from the first. :D

Kind of a tacky move, and it *could* be interpreted as "deliberate 
misuse of the rules." Dropping the dagger or throwing the cloak is 
just a distraction, it's not taking advantage of the other fighter's
courtesy.
