[Ansteorra-rapier] Defending the Iron Star

Greetings to all Rapier Fighters of Ansteorra!

The current Defenders of the Iron Star will step forward to answer
challengers at Elfsea Spring Faire on Sunday morning.  The format will
depend on how many team offer to vie.

Thank you to Their Excellencies Elfsea for permission to use their lands for
this.

If you feel you can take the Iron Star from us, come to Elfsea and claim it!
