[Ansteorra-rapier] spears for heavy rapier

I appreciate the feedback. In all liklyhood, I'll continue to assemble heavy
armor and begin useing a spear on the chivalric field. But if any sort of
spear ever becomes usable on the rapier field, then you can count me among
the people who will want to get authorized to use it.
