[Ansteorra-rapier] Iron Star

The tournament to determine who shall next hold the Iron Star will be held
this weekend at Elfsea Defender following the Defender Tournaments and prior
to the White Scarf Circle.
Remember, the teams must consist of at least 3 and no more than 5 members
with a maximum of 2 White Scarves.
