[Ansteorra-rapier] Reminder - applications due for Kingdom Cut and Thrust Marshal

A quick reminder that applications for King Cut and Thrust Marshal are due
by Dec. 31. Anyone interested in applying should send an application along
with copies of both sides of both your membership and Authorization cards to
myself, the Crown, and the Kingdom Rapier Marshal.
