[Ansteorra-rapier] C&T Marshals - Heads Up!

Greetings,

In an effort to consolidate some data, I would like for anyone who has
been approved as an Cut and Thrust marshal to contact me with the
following in formation -

Name
Preferred Contact Info (need your email at an absolute minimum. would
prefer both phone and email). Also, good times to call. I don't want
to interrupt you at dinner or call after a child's bedtime, etc.
Approximately when you were approved as a C&T Marshal

Nothing to worry about, just trying to gather some information and
cross reference it with what we have on file.

If you are not sure if you're a C&T marshal or not, please contact me
and let me know the particulars.
