[Ansteorra-rapier] Another point about foil and epee

Something that I had not thought of, but became relevant to this discussion
happened with a newcomer yesterday.

Foil and Epee are used in modern fencing. We have over the years had people
come to our game with equipment that meets our current standards that they
already own. I wonder if it would discourage them from trying if they have
to immediately start with a new weapon?
