[Ansteorra-rapier] Proposed revision to rapier rules

But the cards do not reflect that.  The cards have three slots for Rapier.

1. Rapier Combat
2. Heavy Rapier Combat
3. Rapier Combat Marshal

So there is a disconnect between what you are seeing and what the cards
show.
