[Ansteorra-rapier] Guardian of the Gauntlet

On Saturday, February 22nd many rapier fighters from all corners of the
kingdom will meet in Bryn Gwlad to compete for the honor of being the 17th
Guardian of the Gauntlet.  This will happen in conjunction with the Dance
and Music Symposium.

To win this honor fighters will run a gauntlet of rapier activities
including a Melee Skills challenge, a challenge from the previous
Guardians, and a Round Robin challenge.  Fighters who qualify in *any* of
those rounds will meet in an elimination final to determine who will be the
new Guardian.

Except for the final there will be no elimination so all fighters can get
in plenty of fighting.  They may also skip any activity if they wish to use
that time to take dance classes instead.

We are still finalizing the schedule but you should expect the fighting to
start at 9am, a lunch break from 12noon to 1pm, and the fighting to
conclude by 4pm, in time for Court, Feast and a Hafla/Ball!
