[Ansteorra-rapier] Rapier Spears - No longer Allowed in Ansteorra

Greetings to Ansteorra,

Per Royal Edict of their Majesties Sven and Antigone, as of yesterday, the
Rapier Spear is no longer allowed for use within Ansteorra.  Their
Majesties feel that the weapon as designed is not safe and until such time
as designs can be found that will be so, they will not allow them for use
in Ansteorra.
