Hi!

I thought these two pages might be of interest to spinners and especially
beginning spinner's.

http://members.toast.net/nwspinner/rocday.html
This page talks about spinning holidays.

http://www.runningmoonfarm.com/instructionals/index.html
Has some good basic articles on washing fleece, etc.

I meant to ask what areas are the weavers', embroiderers' and other textile
people curious about. Obviously (myself included) the spinners and some
knitter's are going full tilt. I have some web pages for other fibers and
we can find more info for people.

Also I will be going out this weekend to help a friend clean fleeces. Some
of them are for sale... Mostly they are shetland something crosses...... I
bought two and they are really nice colors and feel soft. I also will be
cleaning alpaca (I think). And will let you know. Skirting fleeces is
nasty work and very tedious. Michelle said when she was cleaning one she
found a dead mouse. (grin)
