You know, I totally forgot to say thank you, Clare! I do appreciate the
offer, and I know that some things are out of print, unavailable, and as
you say, there is a "fair use" case to be made for your offer of one
article for research purposes. But, since I can get, I will get it -- for
the article and everything else, and because I like to support niche
publications when I can.
