Gerita & Clare,

I'll be there. I'm helping Lady Michele with some of the children's
activities. I'm bringing some of my FA stuff for a "Fiber Arts petting
zoo". If you need to just sit and hang out for a while you're welcome to
come sit w/ me & Snorri. And that goes for anyone else that's coming too :D

Activities? There are activities??

Gerita, here, trying manfully to dig out of a backlog of projects
calculated to drown a lesser mortal (but no one on this list!).

Lessee. I did three outfits for Steppes Twelfth Night (one Japanese Noh
character, although I made her do her own mask, one female Peacock, and
the Peacock's male attendant, plus the Nine Tails of the Fox for another
Japanese character), took one back for better tailoring now that the
emergency is over. Made about a million blankies for the local Animal
Shelter, knitted about a dozen blankies for my own foster Chin, and am
currently on hold, finishing up the last Chirurgeonate cloak and nagging
Steppes through our part of the Royal Gifts for Gulf War.

Meanwhile, Grainne has begun to teach me to work the lovely spinning
wheel that now lives here (poor patient lady keeps going home with a
game board to work on, though).

I taught First Aid at Round Table, and will be at Westgate teaching more
stuff for Chirurgeons and Waterbearers. Would love to teach some
textile history as well, but darnit, I need time to take classes, too!

And I NEED people willing to travel to Northern Steppes to teach
textile-related skills on second Wednesday nights and quarterly Saturday
workshops. Any takers??

So who will be at Westgate Winter Collegium???

I will be. I'm teaching a basic intro to women troubadours late
in the day. I have no clue when I will get there (My class is at 4-5) but
I imagine I will be there mid-morning on.

Anyone else?

Clare
